With over 35 years of commercial construction experience across the Southeastern United States, Ron Smith has held a variety of senior level roles and contributed to projects delivered through multiple construction services procurement methods, including design-build, construction management, and traditional lump sum agreements. He began as the Florida Division Manager when Delauter entered the market in early 2021, and through his dedication and success leading the Florida team, now oversees DeLauter’s Southeast Region. His extensive experience with multiple project types and delivery methods, enables him to provide strong leadership to his team and invaluable support to our expanding customer base.

MEET OUR MIDWEST REGIONAL DIRECTOR

Bill Suneson brings an experienced and comprehensive background in industrial, commercial, and residential construction projects.  With over 20 years of experience of working in the field to owning and operating an independent general contractor company, he understands the industry from both operational and leadership perspectives.  He joined DeLauter as a Construction Manager and through dedication, knowledge of the industry, and attention to detail has advanced to his current role as Midwest Regional Director, where he leads and supports his team to be driven in their goal of client satisfaction and project success across the Midwest region.
